Currently, Harmony Grill is experiencing a decline in customers due to customer service issues. Providing customers with the opportunity to give feedback empowers them by making their thoughts heard and helps the management by using the following consumer feedback to identify customer service issues as the restaurant would like to identify key areas which it could make changes to provide better training to improve customer service for all patrons and create a better dining experience.

...Blockbuster Video Customer Survey Kurt Dessert, Shevonne Kilpatrick, Erik Kraft, Stephanie Upchurch QNT/561 November 11, 2013 Hui Zhang/Thomas Allen Blockbuster Video Customer Survey Background and Description of Problem For many years, Blockbuster led the pack in the home movie, video, and game rental services. The company had a sound and simple business model that enabled customers to watch top-billing movies in the comforts of their living room for a fraction of what it would cost to attend the movies. In addition to providing customers with low cost video service and comfort, Blockbuster housed more than 5,000 retail stores conveniently located in every community. It was a solid business model until technology and a new competition displaced it. Team A will address the causes that led to the fall of Blockbuster such as declining profits, low adaptability, and low accessibility. Furthermore, Team A will develop a survey questionnaire to address the company’s problems and determine possible solutions for Blockbuster LLC. Blockbuster LLC, formerly Blockbuster Inc., is an American-based provider of home movie and video game rental services. Blockbuster distributes its products to customers in four ways: in-store rentals/sales, DVD-by-mail, vending machines, and online streaming (Wikinvest, 2013). The company’s in-store selection offers both new/used movies, and game rentals to include Blu-ray DVDs. Their mail service offers their customers an Internet-based......

...Business Research Methods: Part III Quinetta Coleman, Shonte Brockman, Leroy Ducasse, Courtney Misterek, Elliott Nelson, LaMonica Smiley QNT 561/Applied Business Research and Statistics Dr. Charlene Dunfee February 10, 2011 Abstract The research study was interested in determining whether extending the regular season of the National Football League (NFL) would be agreeable to NFL players and fans. The problem exists because the NFL owners are pushing for a season extension, but also want to consider how this will impact the players. Surveys were distributed to collect data for this important topic. It was concluded that neither fans nor players want to extend the season, and it is hopeful that these results will be provided and taken into consideration before the owners make a final decision. More of the Same Game Every year professional football keeps lovers of the game on edge, as fans watch a 16-game regular-season in anticipation of the big finale, the Super Bowl Championship.  The football schedule consists of four pre-season games and 16 regular-season games.  Roger S. Goodell, Commissioner of the NFL, has proposed shortening the pre-season by two games, thereby extending the regular season from 16 games to 18. The proposal by the commissioner has caused controversy between the NFL and the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA). With an extended season, probabilities exist that players will sustain more injuries and share less of the......
