Yong Goo, a mentally ill father who accused of murder and rape successfully brings in her 7 years old daughter, Ye Seung, of course with a help by some friendly criminals in his cell. In this cell number 7, they have a mission to protect these two Father-Daughter and also to prove Yong Goo isn't a murder.

This movie absolutely wins my heart. Every single scene successfully makes my heart flutter. Hats off to every actors in here, especially Ryu Seung Ryong ! His acting as a mentally ill father is really perfect. He isn't just bringing the character of a mentally ill father but also a character of father who loves her daughter so well. I also adore Kal So Won as Ye Seung child ! How can this cute little girl can act like that? She is very cute and smart, like her character. I can really feel the father-daughter bond.

Everyone must be thinking at first that criminals in cell with Yong Goo are bad, but they aren't. In the end, all bad person in cell, including prisoner chief, are helping Yong Goo. I think it's because a sincere love between a father and a daughter.
The movie started with a lady given a pile of files by a police officer who she later calls “Dad”. The files are for a case which the police officer said is gonna be tough because the case is not an easy one. Then the lady carrying the stack of files is walking out not just from a police station, but from a prison. It was snowing and she saw a balloon flying in the sky and got caught in the barbed wires.. It is because this balloon getting caught in the barbed wire tells so much about the undying love of the father and daughter for each other and the miracles that happened in cell no. 7.

The next scene is that of the lady having her fate foretold by a farce fortuneteller. She is not being annoyed by this and she seems to be playing with the fortuneteller and his assistant even smiling and laughing…...

...“My Reaction Paper” During my first encounter with Miracle in Cell No. 7, I burst out into laughter because of Lee Yong Goo, the father of Yea Song, because he’s like a kid. I admire him because every sacrifices he’s doing is all for the sake of her child’s happiness. Even thought he’s childish, he never fail to take good care of his daughter. I am also glad with Yea Song, because even though her father acts like a kid, she always manages to wear a smile at all times and he loves her father extremely. But when Lee Yong Goo had been accused with the crime he never did, the joy in my face faded and replaced with a sad expression. I got pissed because Lee Yong Goo didn’t got the justice he deserves. Authority accused him directly without even asking what was really happened. Tears came rushing from my eyes when the moment Yea Song saw his father being pushed on a police vehicle. She’s crying so hard, because she isn’t aware of what was happening. All that she knows is, he’s father is not in a good situation. I also got annoyed with Lee Yong Goo because all he’s saying in that very moment is only the name of her daughter. Not clarifying everything unto Yea Song. I pity them because I know that it’s hard to be apart with the ones you love, most especially with those who’s always there by your side. When Lee Yong Goo arrived in the prison, he’s cell buddies beat him up when they read he’s criminal case, not knowing that Lee Yong Goo is a innocent man. I got angry with them by......

Miracle in Cell No.7

...Sharifah Aminah Atheerah bt Syed Sheikh IEL140021 Descriptive essay (First draft) My favourite movie. Miracle In Cell Number 7. A grievous movie can actually touch and inspire our senses to the fullest. The storyline of any movie should be able to captivate the hearts of those who watch it. It is filled with sorrow but it is also infused with laughter to create a balance and variety in the plot. The movie that had impressed and moved me was a Korean movie entitled “Miracle In Cell No. 7” . Thus, I absolutely favour this movie because it exposes to me many emotions, keeps me motivated and has moral value. The story starts when a father, Yong go follows a child that wants to show him the backpack that he is going to buy to his daughter, Yae Sung, but the child then dies in a freak accident. When he tries to resuscitate her, a woman witnesses him and mistakenly thinks he was molesting her. Yong Go is imprisoned to Cell No. 7. The most hurting moment is the last meeting between father and daughter before Yong Go is sentenced to death. I can barely breath when I hear her screams to call his father. Before his trial, Yong Go is physically and mentally abused by the police’s commissioner. Hence, he is forced to take blame for the action that he is purely innocent of. Secondly, I personally love this movie because it keeps me motivated and enthusiastic. This is because, I could see that the police takes advantage of his disability. My heart revolted when the court rules......
