It should not surprise to anyone that the concept of risk and its identification, management and control risk will be one of the major forces the project stakeholders. The goal of risk management is to ensure that a suitable risk response mechanism is put in place to reduce the resulting consequences in the project. 2. Standard Used for Risk Management Process.
