Kraft Foods has strong reputation and delivers value added experiences and products to consumers. Customer loyalty is especially important to Kraft. When given a choice, Kraft makes sure consumers are using their products. With a variety of choices for the product, consumers become loyal customers and therefore, build strong relationships with Kraft. Resources and value-adding activities need to continuously be improved and updated to further maintain market share. The growing demand for health and wellness products is a threat, but also an opportunity to launch new products. Kraft will need to adapt to the changing lifestyles and preferences of consumers. It needs to focus on innovating on nutritious and healthy products and if necessary, change the recipes of existing products.
