As we all know, our company merged with Lim’s 6 months ago. We would like to welcome our newest family’s members from Lim’s. This has created many job opportunities for our staff as Nelson’s has opened new stores in new locations. Thus, 4 new managerial positions are created.
We all know that Nelson’s is committed to continue our long-held hiring policy of promoting current employees. Thus, we would like to congratulate the following employees:
To Andrea Morrow, many congratulations on your promotion as Toronto’s store manager.
To Ralph Brophy, many congratulations on your promotion as Dearbon’s store manager. We believe that your valuable managerial experiences and insights on “just-in-time” system will help us to grow and may create more job opportunities and promote from within.
Moreover, due to our rapid growth caused by the merger, we have grown from being a chain of local stores to, not only chains of national, but chains of global stores. We believe that it is best to hire externally in order to capture the unexplored markets and may create more job opportunities and promote from within.
As prior stated, Nelson’s strive to promote from within. Thus, we continue to encourage you to apply for company funds for educational programs in order to make you Nelson’s manager of the future.

An auditor would be hired to come into the business and go through the accounts. The accountant would make sure that the company is complying with the government. The auditor would look for internal fraud, operations, and assets. The auditor is hired to make sure the company is profitable and if not what they should do to become profitable. There are three ways for a company to change profitability; by increasing sales, decreasing variables and or reducing average operating expenses. An internal accountant is brought into a business to improve the effectiveness of the internal day to day operations. The internal accountant will test or audit the internal controls for mismanagements and fraud. The internal auditor will make sure that the business is complying with all of the government’s regulations. If the company is not complying this could mean serious trouble from the government. ...Besides the benefits from implementing the project, the cost in implementing is also important to be considered. The project would perform well only if we keep eyes on it during all procedures. The appropriate improvement would be proposed during the implementation of project in order to result in better achievement for the company. In conclusion, I would like to note that sales promotion is the element of the promotional mix that is aimed at increasing the volume of products sold via a trial or brand loyalty.
